The Minor in Nutrition is for students with the time and inclination to learn more about dietetics and nutrition, but are not interested in obtaining an internship to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or in applying to pre-professional programs.
Minor in Nutrition programme is offered to all students under CHS, including students reading FST as the Primary Major. Between FST Major and Nutrition Minor, two courses (FST1101B, FST2201) can be double-counted. FST Major students who wish to minor in Nutrition will need to read LSM2106 to fulfill the minor requirements.Community nutrition is a great field for someone like you who likes to help out communities.
